Fuck Yeah

Sorry bout the language but there is no other way to say it. Having the fucking time of my life, training, laying on the beach, chilling by the pool and partying and most of the time without alcohol and its still awesome. Only had 2 nights on the grog since i got here and they have been Saturdays.

Just Chilling on the beach smashing down a Mango, well maybe someone smashed it on me but its all good ;)

My knee is coming along well, about how i expected it too. I still cant do my MMA, grappling/BJJ which sucks but my MT  and striking is coming along really really well.
Having privates every day and that is elevating my level really really fast. Just realizing just how unbalanced i have been and how poor my foot work has been which has been the reason I've been loosing my balance in the first place. My trainer Sak Si (i think that is how it is spelt) has had over 500 fights and has been training since he was 2!
He is always saying "slow, slowly, no rush, balance comes power". Well what i can see is that my kicks have come a long way they are much faster and powerfull and i can now say that i would not want to be on the receiving end of one of them. I have now added a very nice flying knee to the repertoire as well as a few other tricks ;)
I have not been training with the regular training sessions only the one private a day. I have been a little distracted for good reason and it's been totes worth it. I will not go into any further details here ;)

I literally have so much to talk about what is happening. There was a bike festival yesterday and their were some of the best Harleys and Choppers you will ever see on display, all so some cool mini trials bikes burnouts and tricks shows

Now onto tonight, tomorrow is the Thais New Year so celebrations were going off in Patong in particular bangala rd. Now the tradition is that you pour water over everyone and then throw a white powder on their face, however recently it is now just an all out water fight, literally everyone, like being at a big festival like Summerdayze or Future armd with water pistols and even hoses!! I was soaked right through and glad that my Camera is a waterproof one. Unfortunatley no shots of me cause i was the one taking the photos. Man I got heaps more to tell almost too much and will more than likely post again tomorrow or the day after, i have a feeling things are about to get even better!!!!
