Just a little info on Training

So i've been pretty busy the last two days with training having privates every day followed by a 3 hour group session.
Last night i was totally exhausted after training, had absolutely nothing left in the tank and no energy. I was in one of those states where you are so knackered your not even hungry and have to force yourself to eat. I put this down to my diet recently which has been pretty much fruit, eggs, grillled chicken and vegtables pretty much every day. Pretty much no carbs which would be a big contributor to the lack of energy. Have dropped a few Kg of fat and probably replaced it with a little bit of strength and muscle. I have been doing about 600 sit ups and 300 push ups a day. After the sit ups it is followed by a trainer standing over you and smashing a medicine ball into your guts a couple of hundred times to strengthen and to get you used to receiving punches to the totally ripped six pack i have...
Tonight i opted for the spaghetti carbonara as i need to up the energy levels for tomorrow. Fell asleep at the table waiting for my meal and the kind thai kid just gave me a little tap on the shoulder to wake me up and pissed himself laughing.
In yesterday and today's session i was with doing pad work with a very aggressive trainer, i have heard some people complain about him but personally i like it, makes you think and hurt more if your not doing something right. My weakness was not checking his inside leg kicks. I had a bruise there yesterday from receiving quite a few. When got chosen to go do pad work with a trainer i pointed at him and called him out and showed him the already bruised leg from yesterday. He loved, pissed himself laughing and he replied with "oww tough guy". So we went at again i was again receiving firm inside leg kicks to an already bruised but not to bad leg. After the 10th leg kick and it was starting to hum just that little bit more with each one so i started inside leg kicking him back he absolutely loved it (technically i am not supposed to). We went at it 3 x 5 min rounds and i started checking the inside leg kicks like i am meant too instead of just wearing them and getting on with it. So he started throwing head kicks which i blocked every time because i was keeping me hand high where they are supposed to be
Here is the result of not checking inside leg kicks and calling out a trainer that you know is going to kick you and pressure you constantly.
So after the three rounds we exchanged high fives a big smile and a hug of appreciation from him for my hard and painful but also really enjoyable pad session. Believe it or not i actually like being kicked and punched, it is a surreal experience where it doesn't hurt it just hums and you get a nice shot of adrenaline pumping through your veins, at the same time you also know that after that adrenaline pisses off an hour or 2 later it is going to hurt. This is the part i don't enjoy but to receive that adrenaline kick that i need i have to put up with a little bit of pain later. That said this is not that bad i just don't want to receive another kick to it for the next week or so, because adrenalin doesn't help an already bruised leg for some reason it just hurts like buggery. Totally worth it though.
I'll try and update tomorrow with some pics and videos of me training it is kind of hard to film or take pics of yourself while training hence why their is only a few.
